Coding Projects and Descriptions So Far:
(10/05/2025-10/11/2025) 2x2 de Bruijn Doodler: An (n x m) - de Bruijn array on a k-alphabet is an array containing every n x m pattern on k letters. While there are algorithms to construct certain cases of these arrays, there is not a known algorithm to construct every case. For this reason, one may ask questions such as "Is there any algorithm to reliably construct currently un-constructible de Bruijn arrays?" or "How many de Bruijn arrays are there for given n, m, and k?". This doodler allows the user to set a canvas size and use their three mouse buttons to color the canvas to attempt to construct 2x2 de Bruijn arrays on 2 or 3 (or 4 with a fancy mouse) letters. The doodler reports the number of unique 2x2 patterns on the canvas and alerts the user to when they have achieved the maximal number of such patterns on the canvas.
(10/12/2025-10/18/2025) Bouncy Ball: A click and drag bouncy ball with simulated gravity and wall collision. Practicing interactive animation, collision, and scaling with window resize.
(10/19/2025-10/25/2025) Some Sierpienski Fractal Generation: A space to learn about a few fractals in the plane named after Wacław Sierpiński, a Polish mathematician (1882-1969). Was sick for part of this week and did not finish implementing all of my ideas; may return to something similar in the future.
(10/26/2025-11/01/2025) A 5x5 binary 2x2 de Bruijn generator - listing the 800 such de Bruijn matrices. Possibly implement the "skip" check algorithm to improve time. (WIP)
(11/02/2025-11/08/2025) de Bruijn sequence generator and the BEST theorem. (For the BEST person's birthday week) (WIP)
(11/09/2025-11/15/2025) Hypergeometric Calculator: For calculating card probabilities in card games.
(11/16/2025-11/22/2025) Maze Generator (WIP)
(11/23/2025-11/29/2025) Binary Square Clock: Binary clock where the top row corresponds to the month, 2nd to the day, 3rd to the hour, 4th to the minute, and bottom row to the second.
(11/30/2025-12/06/2025) Sudoku Solver (WIP)
Short List of Planned Future Projects:
Riddle Revealer on Puzzle Page
Work/Relaxation Page - Simple Animation, Atmospheric Music, Multiple Playing Styles
A more robust pixel painter with more color control and more natural painting experience. This can combine with week 1 project to broaden the scope of doodle-able de Bruijn arrays.
Mini Projects:
Footer Clock
Front Page Randomized Profile Picture
